Amar Ekushey Book Fair is the largest annual book fair in Bangladesh, held in Dhaka every February. The fair is named to pay tribute to Martyrs' Day and International Mother Language Day (21 February). Various publishers and authors participate in the fair, new book releases, literary discussions, seminars and cultural activities are organized.
